The property office in the Gothic Quarter provides free luggage storage on weekdays between 12:00 and 15:00, and 16:30 and 19:00.

Each apartment comes with bed linen and towels. Cleaning is provided at the beginning of the stay, with additional cleaning and laundry available on request for a surcharge.

Guests arriving between 21:00 and 23:00 must pay a surcharge of EUR 15 in cash on arrival. This charge rises to EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00.
